Last summer was a wild one in Manila. The city’s atmosphere had completely changed and there was a sort of anything goes feeling that hasn’t been there for a long time. People were going nuts, and last summer’s crop of new girls was the best in a generation. Blame the Typhoon and the global economic crisis for breaking down a lot of barriers there.
